Perform to Perfection (P2P) Academy is a non-profit organization created by Carlos Collins who was also a former student athlete. Our passion is to train young athletes but developing student athletes is our main goal. Our mission is to turn dreams into reality by helping student athletes prepare themselves academically and physically and take their talents to the next level!
We Help Kids
Helping high school student athletes advance to the next level.
Our program focuses on mentorship, education, SAT/ACT test prep, college tours, athlete training, and 7v7 tournaments.
85% of our student athletes come from underprivileged, single parent homes, where extra money is extremely tight and discretionary income doesn't exist.
Our P2P Academy trainers are nationally certified and focus on speed & agility, strength & conditioning, core, sport specific, film study, and nutritional education.

Welcome to Perform to Perfection (P2P) Sports Academy, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, where our passion is training athletes, however, developing student athletes is our main goal. P2P has relied on donations from the community and sponsors to help our student athletes discover their potential through sports. Over the course of five short years, our student athletes have received in excess of $200M dollars in scholarship offers from colleges and universities throughout the United States!
